Katline Cauwels is a former Belgian national champion and co-founder of MSquash.
She was named 2024 US Squash Coach of the Year for her impact on player development.

Elliot Ridge

High Performance Coach & Program Director

Elliot leads Greenwich High & Middle School squash programs and has guided teams to national-level success.
A former England Junior National Team member, he brings elite UK junior development to athletes at all levels.

Ollie Holland

High Performance Coach & Program Director

Ollie is a former PSA World Tour player.
A 5-time British Junior Champion and 2013 European Junior Champion, he brings elite international experience to the program.
He also serves as Head Coach at Greenwich Country Day and Assistant National Junior Coach for Team USA.

Nicole Powers

Physical Therapist, MD

Nicole Powers is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with a DPT from Northeastern University.
She leads movement, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention programs, helping athletes recover from strains, sprains, fractures, and surgeries.
Nicole creates customized therapy and conditioning plans for players at all levels—whether recovering, competing, or training

Margot Prow

Squash Coach, Pro-Player and Mindset Coach

Margot is a former England junior No. 1, British U17 champion, and two-time Caribbean Champion.
In 2024, she made history as the first Barbadian to win a PSA Tour title, bringing elite playing experience and mental performance coaching to the MSquash team.

David Ames

High Performance Coach

David has over 30 years of experience in collegiate squash, including head coaching roles at Bard and Vassar College.
At Vassar, he led the women’s program to a 58‑49 record and the men’s to notable success, mentoring multiple All‑Liberty League athletes.
A Level 2 Certified Coach and former personal trainer, he brings deep expertise in athlete development, fitness, and program building

Ian Blatchford

Squash Coach

Ian is a former national champion, known for his deep commitment to mindset-driven training.
A lifelong competitor, he has excelled at the highest levels since his junior career and brings that elite experience to mentoring players both on and off the court.

Tarun is a former standout collegiate player at Denison University.
As a senior, he earned Second-Team All-Liberty League honors and secured key wins over top-ranked teams like Navy, Bates, and Wesleyan
Tarun brings a passion for athlete development and a competitive experience to MSquash’s training programs.

Lovisa Ronge

Squash Coach

Lovisa is an active PSA World Tour player originally from Sweden.
She reached a career-high world ranking of No. 205 in January 2024 and brings top-tier Scandinavian training methods to her coaching.
Committed to player development, she specializes in guiding next-generation athletes both on and off the court.

Gary Hankins

Strength & Conditioning

Gary specializes in strength training, injury prevention, and holistic athlete performance for all ages and levels.
Since joining in 2024, Gary has been a key part of fitness programming, including summer camps and movement bootcamps, empowering athletes with personalized conditioning and wellness plans.
