MSQUASH PORT CHESTER 2025-26

Welcome to the Greenwich High School Squash Program @ MSquash! We aim to train well-rounded student-athletes that love the game of squash and grow on and off the court with our school-year long program.

 

Squash is a sport that lots of players can continue to play in college, at numerous great schools all over the country, at all levels. In the high school program,  our approach emphasizes the importance of the team as a whole, a school team and a team of friends.

 

Our weekly practice sessions include:

  • improving your technical skills

  • building your fitness, agility, endurance and strength

  • teaching you the strategic side of the game

  • working on your mental game: how to play with confidence, managing nerves, showing great body language and sportsmanship under pressure  

AWESOME RESULTS + TEAMWORK IN 24-25

  • Great number of participants for boys and girls teams all year long!

  • National Championship Participation for both teams with successful completion 

  • Many successful and fun Fairwest Matches all season long

OUR FOCUS FOR 25-26

  • A school squash program that challenges and inspires Greenwich’s best players to train with the team

  • An inclusive and educational program for those relatively new to the sport that teaches them the basic skills of the sport

  • A well planned curriculum and lesson plan with strong structure and feedback during clinics and matchplay, where players are taught to learn new strategy, technique and movement or optimize their existing skills. 

  • Guidance for the team from an MSquash Coach during High School Nationals

  • Sending a JV team to Interscholastic Team Championships if interest is there

    • Session 1: Tue Sep 2 - 7:30-8:30pm (call back for some doubtful situations)

    • Session 2: Sat Sep 6 - 2-3pm

    • Session 1: Wed Sep 3 -7:30-8:30pm (call back for some doubtful situations)

    • Session 2: Sat Sep 6 - 3-4pm

Please note that Winter Season will have two parts November 1-30 and December 1-March 1 with a schedule change.

Special notes:

 

  • No sessions on 10/4 due to tournament

  • No sessions during Thanksgiving break 11/26/25-11/30/25

  • Open Play with no coach free of charge on 12/20

  • No sessions during Winter break 12/23/25 - 1/4/26

  • No sessions during Midterms 1/12-1/16/26

  • No sessions during February break 2/7-2/15/26

  • Nationals Week (week of Feb 16, 2026) practices will change - details to be shared closer to the date

  • Winter Program: Boys $1,050 and Girls $1,150 (Girls have 2 extra sesssions)
