9 Unifying MS Matchplay Sessions Sun 4:30-6pm in SONO 
 
9 Monthly encounters for ALL MS Players where players will be mixed into a middle school wide matchplay session on 8 courts in SONO, allowing perhaps for laddering up and down players. 
● 4:30-4:40 pm - warm-up 
● 4:40-5:40 pm - matchplay on 8 courts 
● 5:40-6 pm - inspiration session on the following topics 
       ○ Refereeing 
       ○ Mastering the Serve: Types of Serves and Return 
       ○ Being assertive and fair on the court: how to manage yourself with good sportsmanship 
       ○ Fitness - Speed and Agility Training 
       ○ Fitness - Mobility Training 
       ○ Health - Nutrition & Sleep 
       ○ Squash Mindset - for training, for matches, for life 
       ○ Squash Mindset - Performance Cocooning 
       ○ Squash Mindset - Managing Nerves

Pricing: $65 per MS player, drop-in basis or $520 in a 9-session package
